Refund policy

At Studio Lamis, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

• Once the order is delivered, the customer is allowed to try the item upon delivery.
  • If the item does not fit or is not suitable, it must be returned the next day through our courier.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag attached.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours from the delivery date.
  • Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or is missing its tag will not be accepted.
